Dr. Richard Proia, MD, and Dr. Jeffery Snyder, MD are leaders in the state of Florida in diagnosing and treating heart disease. Both Drs. Proia and Snyder are Board Certified in General Surgery and Thoracic Surgery. On average, this surgery team performs 300-400 major cardiothoracic procedures each year. Services include:

• Coronary bypass (on and off pump)
• Valve repair/replacement
• Minimally invasive atrial fibrillation surgery
• Endoscopic vein harvesting (two very small incisions instead of one large incision)
• Thoracoscopy for malignant and benign diseases
